About Me
I’m Rose (she/her) and I’m so glad you’re here. I deeply love being a therapist, and here’s why: every single week, I get to sit across the room from folks who genuinely want to better understand themselves, heal from patterns that no longer serve them, and make a difference in their worlds. It’s truly an honor and delight to be a part of this journey with my clients.
I am passionate about human beings’ natural capacity to heal from adverse or traumatic experiences. When we are given the right environment, anything is possible. It’s my job as your therapist to be part of that right environment and to help you cultivate more joy, presence, and resiliency in your day-to-day life.
My therapy approach is grounded, relational, warm, and direct. I bring a tremendous amount of curiosity and compassion to each of my clients, as well as a genuine celebration of the people they are, currently, in this moment.
As a queer, BIPOC, mixed race individual, I understand how important it can be to sit with someone who understands your experiences, and I strive to be culturally informed, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ affirming in all of my work.
